Earnings Disclaimer (in plain english)

Last Revised: March 5th, 2015

We believe that if you can make things, you can make things that help other people… and those people will often be willing to reward you with money. That's the beauty of commerce. We believe in the power of observing, listening, and serving others. We believe that you build trust by helping people where they are, and creating value for them. We believe in using habits, systems, and processes so that you can spend more time creating impact and focusing on the things that you really care about. And we believe that business is a skill like any other — that it can be learned (and therefore taught).

As stipulated by law, we cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. Please do not construe anything we have written or recorded as being a guarantee. There are no guarantees. There is no "secret" to success in business, only the hard work to create and serve a customer.

We share what we've learned from our combined 30+ years of business because most of these lessons were hard-earned. We can share our advice, great content, direction, exercises, and strategies with you to help you take the next step.

But your successes in business – and in life – are up to you and the amount of effort and resources that you are willing to put into them.

Nothing on this page or any of our websites are a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of ours sites, are estimated earnings provided by our alumni and should not be considered a promise of potential earnings — only to show you what they have accomplished. In fact, many people who purchase this and other programs never put the work into implementing what they learn. Those students get little to no results, because that is the result of doing nothing.

More than anything we believe in being upfront, honest, and trustworthy. We expect the same of our customers and students as well.

None of our alumni or guests on our podcast have been compensated in any way other than advice (the advice we share with you in those recordings and case studies).

We have no affiliate programs.

We have no "partners."
